Our hardware & software solution
A wireless, battery-operated temperature monitoring and logging device requiring no physical network infrastructure is placed in each of your coolers. Real-time temperature data is sent continuously using a SIM card via the GSM cellular network to our secure Cloud Based Server, to be viewed anywhere, anytime on your Dashboard and App.
Warnings & automated reporting
Our patented algorithms and smart data analytics generate unique Early Warnings and Alerts, notifying you well in advance of an impending crisis via Email, SMS, Voice call and App. Live and historic data can be viewed on your mobile phone or Dashboard. Smart data analytics
ColdQuest’s patented algorithms, which are built into the hardware of our devices, employ a unique Early Warning System which warns you much earlier than other systems about impending failure. Most contemporary systems use simple ‘low’ and ‘high’ temperature thresholds to generate alerts. Our smart Early Warning System gives you significantly more time -often hours, instead of minutes- to respond to an impending problem. Our algorithms also filter out any false alarms caused by daily operations such as defrost cycles, opening of doors, and fans circulating air. False alarms are one of the biggest headaches cooler managers face with contemporary monitoring systems.
